The Canby Barrel Race Club is seeking sponsors for our 2025 - 2026 season! Support this great local tradition and also promote your business! We have a variety of options for sponsorship - awards, arena and banner sponsors! All of our donations are tax deductible too! If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please see the sponsor options below and download the Sponsorship Packet and submit your sponsorship to a CBRC Member!
All sponsorship and donations include your company name announced throughout each race, logo on our website, and social media promotion!
AWARDS SPONSORSHIP
Full Saddle Sponsorship - $1750
Your company logo will be engraved on both saddle fenders. CBRC will award (4) Sudden Death Saddles at the March jackpot for average winners in each division, and (1) Club Champion saddle for a total of (5) saddles each season. Sponsor featured on website and on Facebook, Sponsor name announced at all races and when award is presented.
Half Saddle Sponsorship - $950
Your company logo will be engraved on one of the saddle fenders. Vendor Space - $100
Vendors will receive a space at each of our (8) races to set up their product. We require that vendors donate $100 retail value in product for us to give away for awards.
Vendors are required to have $1.0m in liability insurance and list Clackamas County Fairgrounds Event Center as additionally insured on the certificate. Listed as follows:
